
THE FOOD
Stella Sola’s kitchen makes everything in-house — from cured meats and sausages to cheeses and fresh pastas. The kitchen also dry-ages its own cuts of beef. In addition, Stella Sola’s menu includes flat breads, slow braised meat dishes and fresh catch from the Gulf.
Stella Sola’s wine list is designed for guests to enjoy wine with every meal with an aggressive pricing program that offers great wines as close to retail pricing as we can get. Among the well-known wine producers are smaller, family-run wineries. Tuscany is well-represented (how could it not be?), but so are many other wine-producing regions from all over the globe.
